A NEW 16 plus project starting in February 2025

The project aims to provide a learning platform, for Neurodivergent people aged 16-20 . This includes weekly recreational football, workshops and much more.  Project will be delivered in Edinburgh, West Lothian and Glasgow over a period of 3 years.

PLAY TO LEARN

Young people are encouraged to take part in our Player workbook project. Here, they get a chance to work as part of a team, choose small projects tat will connect them to their peer group and also learn new things.


The CONNECT section presents them with tasks that will connect them to their peer group

The FLOURISH section educates them on the importance of food and exercise

The DISCOVER section presents them with ways to work together with a team mate and discover things they have in common

Our TEAM UP project is a reengagement, inclusion tool for young people with additional support needs in upper primary and secondary education. Young people who need some assistance to break down social barriers, build confidence and engage with their peer group. TEAM UP can be used in a group environment within a class situation, an ASN unit or with an individual. The project also helps make a link for the young person to our pathway of weekly football and social activity sessions.

TEAM LEADERS is a youth-led project for young people aged 15plus who are currently engaged with Team United. The project offers them training opportunities, including work experience and opportunities to gain qualifications and be part of the Youth Forum
